I asked for a refund the whole process was way slower and more confusing than it should’ve been. I get that things take time, but making customers chase updates and figure out what’s going on just doesn’t feel right. If a company takes your money quickly, they should be just as responsible when it comes time to give it back.

"Wrong dress and slow customer service"
I ordered two dresses from Dissh and one of them was completely wrong, different colour, different size, not even close to what I chose. Customer service took ages to get back to me, and I ended up having to send photos and explain the issue more than once. Reading between the lines, it just felt like the order wasn’t checked properly before it went out. Frustrating when you’re paying full price and just expect to receive what you actually ordered.

"Really relieved with the easy exchange"
I had to exchange a dress because I accidentally picked the wrong size, and I was a bit stressed about it at first. But the whole process ended up being so easy and didn’t take long at all. Customer service got back to me quickly and were genuinely kind, which I really appreciated. They sent out the new size, and thankfully it fits so much better. I’m really happy and relieved with how smoothly everything worked out.

i ordered a dress to nz and the customs/duties details were easy to understand at checkout. there were no surprise charges later, which i really appreciated. shipping did take a bit longer than i was hoping, but i’m still happy overall.

I ordered this sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, and I was disappointed when it arrived. The dress looked nice enough in the photos, but in person the material felt thin, scratchy, and kind of stiff against my skin. I was expecting it to feel a lot softer, especially for the price. It just came off as cheaper than I hoped and wasn’t comfortable to wear. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I had a question about my order and the DISSH team got back to me quickly. They were really friendly and helped sort it out without making it a big thing. It did take a bit of back and forth, but... overall I was happy with the help.

"Nice clothes, but the stock situation is a joke"
I do like the clothes from Dissh, but the whole stock thing is frustrating. Every time I finally decide to buy something, it’s already sold out or my size has vanished. Restocks seem rare too, so it’s like, great, thanks Dissh. Bit annoying when you actually find something you want and can’t get it. They really need to sort out their stock better.

"Discount Code Didn’t Work at Checkout"
I was excited to use the promo because it looked like a solid deal, but when I got to checkout the code just wouldn’t apply. If a discount is being advertised, it should actually work or there should be a clear explanation why it doesn’t. I’d appreciate the company taking responsibility and making this right.

"Description really didn’t match the dress"
I ordered a dress from Dissh thinking it would be that thicker, lined kind of fabric based on the description, but when it arrived it was really thin and see-through. The colour also looked so different from the photos, and I get that lighting can change things, but this felt like more than just a slight difference.
The sizing info didn’t seem right either, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I just expected the listing to be a bit more accurate, or at least not make the dress sound better than it was.

The dress itself was nice and looked cute, but the fit was just weird on me. It didn’t sit right in a few places, so I ended up not loving it as much as I hoped. I also tried reaching out about it and never got any follow-up, which was frustrating.

Some of the pieces looked cute online, but once I really checked them out, the style felt a bit samey and overly minimal for the price. I was hoping for something a little more interesting or unique. The designs are okay overall, just not as special as I expected

I like the style of the clothes, and the quality has been decent for me so far. But I don’t know why, for a brand that talks about sustainability, the details still feel kind of hard to pin down. The natural fabrics are a nice plus, but I wish it was clearer where everything is made and how ethical the whole process actually is. It’s not a bad brand at all, I just think a little more transparency would go a long way.

I wore it once and the fabric already started feeling cheap and kind of worn out. it made me wonder if they used lower-quality material on purpose while making it look better in the photos. I was expecting it to hold up at least a little longer.

Not gonna lie, the dress did arrive in good condition, but it came later than the estimated delivery date. The tracking also barely updated, which made it kind of hard to know what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do wish the delivery was more reliable

I’ve been waiting for weeks now and still haven’t gotten any real update. At first I tried to be patient, but this has gone on way too long. I’ve already reached out more than once, and at this point I feel like the complaint needs to be escalated because nothing is getting resolved.
